Anna Muldoon holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from George Washington University and is working on a PhD in Human and Social Dimensions of Science and Technology at Arizona State University. Prior to joining Gryphon, Anna worked at HHS/ASPR in the Biosafety, Biosecurity, and Countering Biological Threats Division, on topics such as International Health Regulations and the Biological Weapons Convention, Potential Pandemic Pathogen Care and Oversight (P3CO), and synthetic DNA guidelines. She is an expert in conspiracy theory studies and a co-author of Covid-19 Conspiracy Theories: QAnon, 5G, the New World Order and Other Viral Ideas. At Gryphon, Anna focuses on biosafety, biosecurity, and infectious disease policy.
